Friendly Finishes

Wood floor finishes have come a long way over the years. From water based and water borne finishes to lower VOC plyurthanes and tung oils. The "Friendlest finishes" are the water based and water borne products. These use water to carry the urethane molecules instead of solvents like in the oil based. The air quality is greatly increased and drying time is fantastic. Taking only an average of around hour to dry before the next coat can go down. Walkable by the home ower with in two to three hours after the final coat.
