How long will it take to refinish my floors?
Every situation is a little different depending on the size of the project, and the method of finishing desired.
A basic sanding and natural finishing project can take 3-5 days from start to finish.

After refinishing my floors in the past I needed to clean my entire house. The dust from sanding was everywhere, is that still the case?
Keeping your house clean is one of our biggest concerns, that's why we're happy to offer refinishing with a dust containment system. This system is used during the sanding process and greatly decreases the amount of dust thrown into the air. A light dusting might be needed but no more then your average dust cleaning.

 

How long do I need to wait before moving the furniture back?
In general you should wait about 7 days before moving your furniture back on the floors.
If you have any rugs to move back we suggest waiting around 10 days. This is to fully make sure the finish is cured, rugs can trap the vapors coming from the finish when curing. The result could be a textured or discolored spot in your newly finished floor.
